Saturday evening was the annual Merritt Island Holiday Boat Parade on Sykes Creek in Florida.  It is one of our favorite events of the year.  The colorful lights, reflections, and decorations of 87 boats were fun to see!  (Click on pictures to enlarge for detail.)  More info is at:  http://cffw.org/events/holiday-parades-and-parties/

  1. Kongo says:

    Great night shots!

  2. They really do go ‘all-out’ on the boat parades, wow! We have several of them on the Chesapeake Bay, but it’s just so cold to do them up here and participation has declined over the last several years. 😦

    • Pam says:

Yes warm makes all the difference. We think it is cold if it drops below 70! Come on down – there are boat parades all over the state in December. 🙂
