We love the variety of wildlife in our backyard here in Florida. So much fun!
Richard and Pam lived in the San Francisco Bay Area 14 years (1987-1999 and 2008-2011). They lived in Florida 13 years previously, until returning in July 2011 to present. They hope their photography will encourage you to get out and discover nature's beauty in your own backyard, parks, and wild places. Thanks for making me smile this morning! The baby raccoon picture is too precious! Seeing the painted buntings made my day. I haven’t seen any at our feeder yet.

Amazing, I especially love the armadillo! Do all these animals appear in your backgarden?! Here in Ireland the most exciting thing to visit our gardens would be a fox or badger, I’m blown away that all this wildlife is at your back door! Wonderful
That is so nice of you to write, and welcome from Ireland! Yes all of these animals are in our backyard, just outside the back door. We are so blessed! I think the armadillos are extra cute too. This weekend we saw mama bobcat and there was a fox in our flowerbed. We’ve had every once in a while an otter or alligator in our pond!
