Clearwater is a beautiful place to visit on the Gulf of Mexico near St. Petersburg, Florida. Favorites were the sugar sand beaches, plentiful dolphins, botanical gardens, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Can’t wait to see it again!

During our airline days, we used to visit Clearwater Beach regularly. Our plan B in the event we weren’t able to have children was to live on a boat docked in the area. Needless to say, we didn’t move there but have fond memories of our visits. Ah, the stories I could tell 🤭
I like that plan! If I lived there I would have to have a boat, because the dolphins were within view of shore. So fun!

I am really liking Clearwater. Never visited this place but if there is a next time, it will be on my itinerary. Love the dolphin above the water. I see this pic for the first time. And the color of the sky! It’s unbelievable!
